Reviews and Ratings
I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room I booked wasn't available, they provided me with a room of good size with air conditioning and very nice toiletries, but overcharged me for it. The staff, however, was very helpful and accommodating, even accepting our request for a late check-out. The location was fab, right by the Opera House, which was a major plus. The dining experience was of great quality, with superb meals, but the price might not fully match the value for money. Overall, I had a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were of good size with air conditioning and very nice toiletries, although it was a bit noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and efficient staff. The location was convenient, being right behind the reception. The dining experience was of great quality but could have been improved. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
